For consumer disputes concerning goods or services purchased from a trader in Finland, you may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services (Kuluttajaneuvonta) or, for unresolved disputes, the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta), subject to their competence rules and any fees. Participation in such processes may be voluntary for the trader depending on the case.
